Bug - Reporting Duplicates Not Working

The option for duplicates in the "Report Item" button not working.
When adding the URL It constantly says: "Item not found."

I've tried to report couple of items and it always says that.

Here two duplicates I want to merge:
www.listal.com/sir-arthur-conan-doyle
www.listal.com/arthur-conan-doyle

still not working one year later... what are the admins/site owners doing?
