Can I offer you a different opinion?

Since this film came out it either got praised as the best thing ever or panned as the exact opposite, at least on the Internet. There is almost no in-between with this title it seems, so I would like to do exactly that. Since this is a documentary and not an actual movie we don’t have to talk about the way it looks and is filmed and there are no actors obviously, the camera goes from the face o... read more

" First Viewing Viewing Date: November 11th Via: Daily Wire+ Plot: Political commentator Matt Walsh explores the changing concepts of sex and gender in the digital age, particularly the transgender rights movement, anti-transgender bigotry, and what it means to be a woman. Rating: 8.2/10 Why Did I Watch It? With a Daily Wire+ subscription, I needed to check this out, especially as I've been keen to see it since it was first released."

The Return of the Film Diary (2024) (40 movies items)

"12.7. After watching some other Daily Wire stuff, I decided to re-watch this early "classic" of theirs with more open mindset. I think Matt Walsh is a kind of Borat who goes around annoying people asking with this one impossible question. The problem is that the question of gender and sex are treated so superficially here, like sure, it makes good entertainment, but what's the point really? The only valid message here is that many people who make noise about women's rights seem to be just grift"

Since this is a documentary and not an actual movie we don’t have to talk about the way it looks and is filmed and there are no actors obviously, the camera goes from the face of a person to another to show how they are dealing with the discussion, with some animated illustrations at some points. There’s some music but is just there, it might as well not be and you wouldn’t tell the difference.

Anyways with that out of the picture, let’s focus on the important. Unlike what has been written about this documentary, it is not unbiased, no documenta” read more
