“To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from the damned thing but since it was available on Netflix, I thought I might as well check it out. Indeed, even if Robert Rodriguez has been quite productive since his breakthrough at the beginning of the 90’s, his work has not always been impressive but the worst he has done so far is easily all these tedious kids flicks. Well, this one was not much better, I’m afraid. This time, Rodriguez went for a sequel of ’The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl’, arguably his most obscure movie.
