"First viewing - May 25th So I immediately followed up American Graffiti with The Wall because I figured it made sense to watch the two music-heavy movies I'd picked up together. “I already saw this movie but since it was a while back and since I had it on DVD, I was quite eager to check it out again. Well, first of all, I have to point out that I’m a huge fan of Pink Floyd, it is easily one of my favorite bands, and The Wall was one of their best albums so, obviously, I always had a weak spot for this movie. On the other hand, I have to admit that, if you are not into their music, there is a fair chance that this flick will be rather boring for you. Indeed, if you take the scenes one by one, there was some strong stuff. I think my favorite parts about the young boy growing up without his father and the animated scenes were also pretty neat.
