"Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane, Baltimore, Maryland The facility that incarcerated Hannibal Lecter, horror cinema’s most fascinating and seductive serial killer. Also, where Clarice Sterling’s complex relationship with the sinister cannibal formally began. Why you wouldn’t want to visit: It’s where the worst criminals ever, are located. Terror Blurbs! Pt. 1 (An Ever-Expanding List) (100 movies items)

"Call it what you want but this Oscar-winning thriller is undisputedly steeped in horror. Hopkins and Foster enthrall in opposing lead roles. The story is as chilling and credible as it is thrilling and fantastic. A masterwork!"
