"First viewing - May 29th Shudder Been hearing a lot of chatter about how violent & gory this film is, & if that's what you want in a film it delivers. The Sadness aims for the heights of the Evil Dead franchise & Dead Alive, & effects wise it comes close. If you want characters with depth, however, you'll be out of luck. There's some decent if obvious social commentary here, & I at least appreciated the message & the fact they don't overdo it. But do I need a film to hold up a mirror to a pande"
