I love the characters and the sweet charming innocence, I love the stories which flow together so beautifully, and I love the animation, which has a sketchy look to it, that I think works for this film. Even though it is technically a compilation film, this deserves to be remembered as one of Disney's best animated films."
“Since this movie belongs to the Disney Classics collections and since it was available on Netflix, I thought I might as well check it out. To be honest, at first, I was a little bit worried. Indeed, many years ago, I used to watch this cartoon and even though I was just a kid, I had already a hard time to really care for these characters who were rather obnoxious and I had pretty much the same feeling when I started to watch this flick. Still, I have to admit it, the whole thing started to slowly win me over though. "February 4, 2016 Watched on Netflix First Time Watching Winnie the Pooh has been a part of my childhood but surprisingly, I didn't watch many Winnie the Pooh movies as a kid. Especially the original Walt Disney classic that started it all. Now, watching it as a young adult, I kind of wished I had gotten the chance to view it as a kid.
