Watched in 2017 (180 movies items)"Feb 18th I think the story is too concerned with the white lead character's sexual vices then a story about Uganda and Idi Amin. Overall I judged it as another white centered movie about Africa. I found Whittaker's performance forced and flat. He seemed to play stereotypes of what was expected of a Idi Amin character than delving in the character. The movie is not the worst thing but it's not the best either. It disappoints by not delving into more serious story. It gives you a fictional sur"
