" 9.3/10 This is a near-perfect film. There are two reasons it's not perfect, one small, one large. The small one is the use of Bob Dylan's 'Shelter from the Storm' at the end credits. Jobs loved Dylan, who was very influential in his life, so I understand and appreciate a song from him; but it's the same song used in 'Jerry Maguire' at the fucking end credits! 'Jerry Maguire' wasn't exactly a small film, this is so silly considering the huge catalogue of Dylan songs. The second, larger"
" Notes: When this movie was released, even though it was critically heralded, it turned out to be a box-office flop. Apparently, the audience didn’t care for another Steve Jobs biopic only a couple of years after another one, even if it was apparently much superior than its predecessor. Even so, since it sounded really intriguing and since I have always been a big fan of Danny Boyle's work, I was still really eager to check it out. Well, eventually, I was really impressed. "2.22Michael Fassbender is phenomenal as Jobs. A performance that is way up there among the best character depictions. He provides the intensity in this fantastical, biographical grand play of Steve Jobs' life. Also starring Kate Winslet in an equally magnificent performance."
"1. March ---- I didn't expect to like this film that much, but I did. Everyone is at their A-game, especially Fassbender, who I think should have won the Oscar instead of Leo. This got to be my new favorite Danny Boyle film. "
