"In a turbulent eastern European nation, well-armed insurgents besiege the American embassy and kill the US ambassador. It falls upon Commander Sam Keenan and a group of marines to save the day. This Van Damme actioner is a low-budget riff on Black Hawk Down complete with a foreign locale and lots of scenes of arms-waving militia walking the streets and engaging in shoot-outs with the defending Americans. Essentially this is yet another siege movie, as the heroes protect innocent people holed up"
