"10.2. 2019 "Rocky IV" represents typical Reagan Era propaganda in all it's embarrassing stupidity. It's a badly directed, and lazily written cliché-ridden mess that looks more like a rock music video than actual movie. Half of the film consists of prolonged montages with tiresome 80's songs playing in the background and the boxing scenes last so long that some viewers may fall asleep while watching them. "Rocky IV" ends with a silly speech that suggests that "everybody can change". Everybody"
