“To be honest, I wasn't really sure what to expect from this flick but since it was on the '1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die' list, I was quite eager to check it out. Well, it turned out to be a really solid film noir, that's for sure. In fact, the opening scene in the subway was just amazing and probably one of the best scenes I have seen in this genre.
