"In the near future, a cop protects a reporter from an organisation of crooked, renegade cops who thinks she knows too much about them. This is a pretty average b-movie hokum with David Carradine and his robotic laser arm collecting bounty on the heads of villains. I can't say I'm a fan of Carradine and the fact that the supporting cast perform better than him here says it all. He looks bloated and a bit tired in this - simply going through the motions and the dialogue he spouts is hilarious. Th"
