"The movie has some great scenes that are quite creepy and the film making was good, but overall this wasn't that scary. Marilyn Manson-demon wasn't nearly as creepy as the old man ghost that had the bes scene. Where the kid turns into him behind Patrick Wilson's character. That was one of the best horror movie scenes that I've seen for a while."

"OCTOBER 14: Love this one, too! FAVORITE SCENE: I actually have two favorite scenes in this movie. The first is the Crooked Man sequence when the dog transforms and Billy is chased by the enormous Crooked Man. The second is when the Warren's return to the house and Ed runs into the basement room before the door slams on Lorraine's face. I love this scene because I can feel, thru the screen, the true love between Lorraine and Ed. FAVORITE DEATH: Are there any deaths? I can't recall any..."
