The main character, played by beautiful and talented Jane Fonda, is a schoolteacher who becomes a determined avenger after her father gets killed by a vicious scoundrel. Nowadays it's difficult to understand why this film was an any kind of success when it was released. Most of the jokes are just recycled standard stuff and the movie feels a bit aimless at times."
