"This is a rather weak spin-off movie from the Jimmy Edwards comedy series Whack-O! which has him as the headmaster of a private boys school trying to rein in the unruly pupils. The TV series was written by good comedy writers in Frank Muir and Dennis Norden but this movie has only a scant contribution from both and it shows. This movie just isn't that funny.
