“Since this movie had been a huge box-office hit in 2017, I was quite eager to check it out. Well, to be honest, even though I wasn't completely bored while watching this, it still didn't really blow me away though. First of all, even if the classic animated version from 1991 has a really stellar reputation, I have to admit that I have never been a huge version of this movie so it was not surprising that this new live-action version didn't really dazzle me since it was just so similar. Maybe it had to do with the fact that I have seen too many versions of this tale to care anymore. Another thing that bothered me was that, pretty much like with the new version of 'Cinderella', Disney didn't take any risk at all, they pretty much expanded the running time but that's it, and these 2 movies” read more
