Description:
Supposed actual footage of an interview between an alien and a military general through a telepathic interpreter, smuggled out of the fabled Area 51 military base in Nevada. The film is elaborate and intriguing, even if a hoax...Victor maintains that the material was copied from a video classified as top secret, originally filmed in Area 51. For fear of exposing his or her identity, he never specifies whether he was employed in the area, but vaguely states that "had reason to be there in Area 51 [...] in more than one occasion." Although the record indicates that the copy was taken in secret Area 51, Victor once again
For fear of exposing his or her identity, he never specifies whether he was employed in the area, but vaguely states that "had reason to be there in Area 51 [...] in more than one occasion." Although the record indicates that the copy was taken in secret Area 51, Victor once again eludes to details and never specifies where the copying is done. Insists that a second data transfer occurred during a massive transfer of documentation format analog video into digital format for storage in a storage "system (low) security."
On July 26, 1996, after several unsuccessful attempts to reach television companies for them to see and emitiesen video, Victor contacted Rocket Pictures, an independent home video distribution based in Los Angeles. The company president, Tom Coleman, but was skeptical at first, agreed to produce a documentary based on video after a telephone conversation with Victor. Coleman sought expert opinion before going forward in the documentary and invited ufologist Sean David Morton [1] to view the video.
On March 13, 1997, Morton, in an interview with Art Bell radio show "Coast to Coast," said the video and described in great detail, but stressed at the outset that the public knew about the video . Victor himself was interviewed by Bell just two months later by a phone call and using a device to alter his true voice. In it, Victor told more about the video content.
