Top ten favorite Kaiju

Gabara: From the annoying noise that he makes to his mangy catlike features, I love everything about this bastard. Definitely the goofiest looking monster to ever come out of Toho's monster factory.

Gaira: The big green gargantua that enjoys gobbling people up. The gargantuas have a slight edge on other japanese monsters in that the suits were more humanoid and easier to move around in, thus enabling the actors to perform in some of the greatest fights in kaiju eiga history.

Guiron: my favorite of all of Gamera's foes. This is a very silly monster in every regard. His body is essentially just a large blade and he takes joy in cutting up other monsters and then laughing at them. I'm not kidding, he has a very deep chuckle that he does.

Biollante: Toho's most frightening looking and fully realized monster at the point of her creation. Half plant, half godzilla, Biollante is truly unique among giant monsters.
