Queen Of The Damned. Is this movie faithful to the source material? Not really. Critics and fans both hated it as they thought it failed as a followup to Interview With A Vampire but it is still pretty awesome. It has a kickass soundtrack, plus the late Aaliyah is gorgeous as Akasha.

My character That Werebelushi In The Shades mentioned this movie in his UHF review collaboration with JPM as part of many movies that the Chiodo brothers worked on (The Chiodo Brothers also did some creature fx for UHF as well), yes - this movie is a real movie, i'm not jokinf and neither are the killer klowns. Creepy and zany at the same time, plus it's great to see the annoying jerkass Dean Wormer from Animal House get what he deserves. The theme song is catchy as hell.

Envy (2004)
Picture this, Ben Stiller and Jack Black are best buds who live next door - Jack Black invents a spray that makes doggy doo vanish and he becomes rich, Stiller becomes jealous - and gets in a whole mess of trouble. This movie is hilarious. Not to mention the always awesome Chris Walken as the J-Man. Who is J-Man you ask? He's a mysterious drifter who coaxes Stiller into letting him be a part of the whole operation. Was this movie bad? Very much so. But it is so bad, it's actually awesome. You could say it's good for you, good for you - *suddenly speaks in Walken's voice* good FOR YOU. *covers his mouth* Oh my. Am I starting to turn Walken again? I thought I got that under control.

Kangaroo Jack (2003)
Ah, another infamous bad movie saved by Walken. This movie is set in Australia and stars Anthony Anderson and Jerry O'Connell (who would later play Herman in Mockingbird Lane) and involves a certain marsupial. That marsupial is of course a kangaroo. The commercials were very misleading as they had the kangaroo talk, when in the movie it's only in a dream sequence but it's a very enjoyable and fun movie. Plus...Walken has a very good Walkeny speech in it. Walken was nominated three times for Worst Supporting Actor for The Country Bears as well as this movie and Gigli respectively but luckily he didn't win.

What do you get when you put Chevy Chase, Demi Moore, John Candy AND Dan Akyroyd in a bizarre messed up black comedy supposedly based on true events with Akyroyd himself directing it? You get this gem...be warned this movie will mess you up. This movie is none other than Nothing But Trouble. Chevy and Demi play a couple who wind up in a strange bizarre town known as Valkanvania - no, it's not the same as Transylvania but it might as well be. The judge J.P Valkanheiser is a 106 year old 'ghoul' of a man, he is very old fashioned but very sadistic. His righthand man is played by John Candy and he's the one who gives the couple a parking ticket. Akyroyd and Candy play duo roles, Akyroyd plays both J.P and Bobo (who is one of two fat pig-like creatures who are siblings) and John Candy plays Dennis and Eldona (Eldona doesn't have any lines, she's mute.) Oh? You want to know more about this movie? Oh, i'll tell you more about this movie...since you want to know why I love it so much....and when i'm done...THE CAT'S EYES'LL SPIN! NOW, LISTEN! If you have a morbid sense of humor, this movie is definitely for you.

Judge Dredd (1995)
As I mentioned in my Kangaroo Jack entry, Walken didn't end up winning the Razzie for Worst Supporting Actor - guess who ended up winning that year? That's right - the resident Butt Monkey and Official Repeat Offender - Sylvester Stallone, how many times has Sly been nominated? 32 TIMES! I kid you not, 32 times. How many times has he won? 10 times. He was even given one for Worst Actor Of The Century for "95% of Everything Heโ€™s Ever Done", not even the Rocky and Rambo movies are safe! Yikes, someone at the Golden Raspberry Awards must have a vendetta against him. What did he ever do to them? No one knows. I know everyone makes fun of Sly because of how he talks and how he looks, but that's just mean - Sly got those as the result of a birth defect. This movie is one of the many Stallone movies of the 90's that ended up getting Sly one of many wins for Worst Actor. Of curse I am talking about Judge Dredd. Hardcore comic fans hate it because it's campy and not like the comics, hardcore Dreddheads hate it because Sly takes his helmet off in one scene. But I couldn't help but enjoy it for how fun and action packed it was. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the other Dredd movie with Karl Urban but - I have a soft spot for this one as well - Sly is just one of many actors i'm obsessed with. Plus, I love the design of Mega City 1 and the robot designs as well.

If you recall in the UHF review featuring my That Werebelushi In The Shades character and JPM , That Werebelushi In The Shades mentioned this movie and that one of the actors in this movie is Michael Richards who also played Stanley in UHF, he plays the role of Fejos - a zany butler/man-servant who likes playing practical jokes and is almost like Rowan Atkinson in terms of physical comedy. This movie also has one of my favorite actors - Jeff Goldblum in it, as well as his then future-wife Geena Davis. Geena plays a pseudo-vampiress in the movie and looks really cute and sexy.

Rock-A-Doodle (1991)
I have my friends to thank for liking this movie. This movie is charming and fun, the songs are catchy and I would be remiss if I forgot to mention the villain The Grand Duke Of Owls, who is a large magical owl with magic breath - he inspired a lot of my own monster OCs.

Do you really need me to tell you why this movie is awesome? It is one of the greatest horror comedies ever made! After all - this is the movie that introduced us to the 'Braaaaain-eating' zombie types you see in most zombie related media to this day. Not to mention Linnea Quiggley. Linnea is an 1980's scream queen legend.

NO, not the Chris Farley one - this one is set in New Zealand and involves a certain fluffy and adorable farm-animal turned psycho - that's right, KILLER SHEEP! This movie is brilliant and a must see if you like werecreature movies. This movie features the most unique and interesting werecreature concept since Hideous Sun Demon's 'werelizard' - Weresheep! Yes, you heard me right - Weresheep. By the way, Hideous Sun-Demon and What's Up Hideous Sun-Demon are both real movies
