Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty - PlayStation 2
Games cannot be art. This game came pretty close though. This game should not be played with entertainment in mind. Although it is entertaining and fun, it's meant to be an experience. Kojima could've made a near perfect sequel to the acclaimed Metal Gear Solid, but he didn't. Not because he couldn't, as he proved he could in the first act. He chose to betray our expectations instead.
Pros: Great characters. Excellent soundtrack. Extreme attention to detail. Improved stealth gameplay allows you to be creative. Countless secrets and hidden dialogs.
Cons: Overly complicated plot. Long cutscenes and dialogs. Fixed camera angles.
