My Favourite Stuff - Tv Shows

My new favourite tv show.I wouldn't be making an untrue statement if I said that it just might be THE ONE.It has everything I'm deeply intrested in [- the human mind]:a very complex,disturbing and disturbingly charming character;a brilliant,autistic agent on the verge of madness;twisted but very artful murders;luxurious,sophisticated atmosphere which at the same time gives me that feeling you have before a storm is coming.The cast director did a great job,it's as if the actors were tailor-made for their roles.

Dexter is a perfect imperfection.He is the result of the fine mechanisms of personality disorders working together seamlessly to create a character of such calibre that it appeals to almost every human being on earth.He is quite the sociopath,schizoid,has OCD and still manages to keep it together and not loose his mind(if you don't take the murders into account).Great chap.

Everybody was so impressed with Touch at first that they began to lose interest as the plot went on.I didn't.It just got better and better for me.It's a very logical development of events and the best I can describe it is by imagining a seed which grows beautifully step by step but requires quite a lot of your time and effort in order to grow.I'm extremly intrested in neuroscience,autism,savant syndrome,the genesis of intelligence etc so this tv show is to me what Stark Trek is to physicists - something to dream about.

I can't believe they canceled the show after two seasons because they didn't have enough viewers.It pains me a lot that nowadays more people are watching Jersey Shore(6-8 mln viewrs) than Touch(only 2 mln).

House M.D. definitely has the most articulate,intelligent,dry humour script a medical tv show has ever had.I still don't get why anybody would prefer the humor in How I Met Your Mother or The Bing Bang Theory more than House.*

I'm one of three doctors staffing this clinic this morning. This ray of sunshine is Doctor Lisa Cuddy. Doctor Cuddy runs this whole hospital, so unfortunately she's much too busy to deal with you. I am a bored..*looks at Lisa*(Board) certified diagnostician with a double specialty in infectious disease and nephrology. I am also the only doctor currently employed at this clinic who is forced to be here against his will. That is true, isn't it? But not to worry, because for most of you, this job could be done by a monkey with a bottle of Motrin. Speaking of which, if you're particularly annoying, you may see me reach for this: this is Vicodin. It's mine. You can't have any. And no, I do not have a pain management problem, I have a pain problem. But who knows? Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'm too stoned to tell. So, who wants me? And who would rather wait for one of the other two guys? Okay. Well, I'll be in Exam Room One if you change your mind."

*I love those shows btw.I was just wondering why.

As you'll probably guess my best liked character is Dr.Cox.His rants are legendary and sometimes I still can't choose between House or Cox.Cox is practically a ruged,non-limping,extroverted,cockier version of House.Everybody sees them as heartless bastards who enjoy demeaning their coworkers.I see them as brilliant,outspoken,no-nonsense,funny and overall amazing characters.If Cox were a real life person I'd send him a lot*A LOT* of flowers.Or maybe whiskey cause I bet he'd give the flowers to JD as a public humilliation.

A show not recommended to the faint-hearted but widely accepted by people like me who went to great lenghts in oreder to find a fantasy drama that deserves to be called epic.Don't get discouraged by the murder-filled,love-making,blood-dripping first season.It gets beter and better.
