Johnny was the master. He could make a guest's career just with a nod or a handshake. Letterman and Leno coveted their friendship with him. He was their idol just as they became idols to those who followed them.

The Graham Norton Show (2007)
I love British humor and no one does it better than Graham. He makes his guests and us feel at home and involves everyone in each other's lives and careers.

Between his Scottish accent and his fast paced wit Craig kept his show hopping. You never knew where he was headed and that made for a fun time. Also personally I think he was the only host who could keep up with Robin Williams. His mind was almost as fast

Dave was a great host who took his show beyond what Carson did. Yet made it work. At first I didn't care for him. I thought he was a snob but I soon realized that was just his style. I'll always feel bad that he and Leno never settled their differences.

Jay was a true stand up comic. His timing was near perfect and he wrote much if his own material. His giggle was always infectious to people. Again if only he and Letterman had made ammends.

Jimmy Kimmel Live! (2003)
I love this man's sense of humility. He knows how to deliver a good punch but always with a quietness of spirit. His ongoing phoney fight with Matt Damon also is good for a laugh. He's the best host going in America.

Conan to me was the most self deprecating of the whole talk show crew. He always was good to let himself be the brunt of many jokes and always took it well.
