Liam Neeson movies rarely disappoint and this one is no exception. If you're looking for a thriller, mystery and conspiracy all during a short commute, watch this movie!
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Gremlins (1984)
A classic 80s fantasy/horror....Christmas movie? Always fun to watch.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Final Girl (2015)
A girl raised as an assassin takes on a group of young serial killers. I would love to see them make a sequel to this. It has such potential! Obviously I'd recommend this one.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Cottage Country (2013)
This was a silly black comedy. Definitely worth seeing if you like movies like Tucker and Dave Vs. Evil.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

6 Souls (2010)
A good psychological thriller/horror. I hadn't heard of it before but just found it on Netflix and was pleasantly surprised.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Snatched (2017)
I am NOT an Amy Schumer fan and did not even want to see this movie because she's in it. However, I gave it a shot and I have to say the comedy was great and it had touching mother/daughter moments too.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Why We're Killing Gunther (2017)
This is a great comedy about a group of bungling assassins who go after the world's best hit man, their only competition. But things just don't go as planned, lol.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Black Widows (2016)
Not sure why no one likes this movie. It's a girl-revenge movie to be sure, but it's also a fun dark comedy. I recommend checking it out at least once.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

The Equalizer (2014)
The equalizer is justice personified. This is an awesome movie and instant favorite for me. If you like crime/justice, thrillers and the like, you should definitely watch this one!
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Lucky (2011)
A fair horror comedy. I think the concept was good, but it was lacking for me. I wouldn't say not to see it, it's just not anything I would buy or watch twice.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Of course I love all Mission Impossible movies, so...
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

The Exorcism of Emily Rose (2005)
Very well done movie based on a true story! Once again I find myself liking Laura Linney in any roll she plays.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

The Factory (2012)
Honestly, the twist at the end of this movie caught me so completely off gaurd that I might have to watch it again to see if missed anything else. But based on watching it once it was pretty good with a surprising ending.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

A drama that tells the story of a woman locked away in an asylum for 50 years accused of killing her infant. In her 80's she finally gets to share her tale and find refuge in two interested and kind doctors.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

November 2017
Deadly Friend (1986)
A teenage whiz kid ends up putting a robot brain into the girl he loves after she’s killed by her abusive father. Awake now, but almost zombie-like, she seeks revenge on her abuser and persecutors.
This is a really cool 80s flick. Combining sci-fi with teenaged adventures and some horror! lol
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Suicide Squad (2016)
Definitely a fun movie. My favorite character is Harley Quinn.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Psych: The Movie (2017)
Psych can't be beat for comedy. Even if you haven't watched the series you can still watch this movie and enjoy it. However, I highly recommend the TV series too!
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Silent Hill (2006)
I think this movie was overrated. The effects and concept were there, but the backstory and details weren't, at least not until too late in the movie.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Hmm, what to say? I enjoy the Chucky movies, but this one wasn't the best. The concept was interesting, but I don't think they did a great job with it.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Oculus (2014)
Another movie that didn't really provide any explanation or deep background. You saw what was happening but didn't really know why. I don't like that in movies, sorry.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

This movie wasn't as great as I hoped, but it was still worth the watch and pretty disturbing.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Patchwork (2015)
This is a horror/comedy. I thought it was pretty good overall, definitely worth a watch if you like the genres.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

October 2017
Back to the Future (1985)
It’s been a long time since I watched this, but it was fun to see it again finally. A classic 80s sci-if adventure!
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Dracula A.D. 1972 (1972)
Dracula is brought back in the 1970s this time by satanic rites. Meanwhile the granddaughter of Van Helsing finds herself in his path and learns of her family history.
Willard (1971)
A young guy that can talk to rats uses them as his allies and teaches them to take revenge on his bullies.
The Curse of Frankenstein (1957)
The Hammer films remake of the original classic. A great movie with Lee and Cushing, though I don't care for the way the monster looks as much as some other movies.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

The Plague of the Zombies (1966)
A medical professor and his daughter link a Cornish epidemic to a village squire's voodoo practicing.
An an early and lesser known zombie flick!
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

A music professor visits San fransico with his fiancé and meets a kooky woman played by Barbara Streisand. A series of disasters ensues as he tries to get rid of her and ends up falling hard for her.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

All I can say is whoever came up with this idea was severely intoxicated. Also, the fact that it was filmed in just 7 days accounts for the terrible acting.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

The Brides of Dracula (1960) (1960)
A classic, though this time it's a very young looking baron who is set free by a young woman with good intentions. He in turn takes his own mother into the blood (who had been keeping him locked up before) and begins taking brides and wreaking havoc.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

The Mummy (1932)
The original Mummy staring Boris Karloff! If you haven't seen it along with the rest of the originals you're missing out.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Son of Dracula (1943)
Count Alucard woos and wins a young American woman engaged to another man, but it soon becomes clear that she has a plan of her own in becoming his bride.
This was a good movie all through until the end. Without giving anything away, I'll just say I don't agree with the decision of her former fiance, I thought it was stupid, lol.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Dracula's Daughter (1936)
A vampire countess falls in love with a psychologist and kidnaps his fiancé to try to bring him to her.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

September 2017
An oil tycoon who's in love with a socialite sends his romantic rival away on business so he can have a chance with her. She resents his interference and all they do is fight as she refuses to fall in love with him.....or at least to admit it!
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

A hippie befriends and falls for her new blind neighbor and helps free him from his over protective mother. However, he helps free his new neighbor too, in ways she never expected.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

The Conjuring (2013)
A great movie based on the real life haunting (actually demonic possession) that happened in Rhode Island.
I thought this was well done and actually very emotionally powerful. I also love how Ed and Elizabeth Warren are portrayed. Good cast and acting, along with a hauntingly real tale. I definitely recommend this one.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014)
The turtles are a childhood favorite of mine. While you can't replace the originals, I enjoyed this movie. I especially like the twist they put on where the turtles came from as babies (that's all I can say on that point without a spoiler!).
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Demon Seed (1977)
A phase IV robot/computer enhances it's intelligence further and decides to mate with the estranged wife of it's creator and programmer.
Interesting sci-fi-horror type movie.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)
I finally got to see this fun Marvel comics movie. It's laced with lots of humor and Groot is one of my favorite characters in it. Looking forward to seeing volume two soon.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

August 2017
Lured (1947)
An American dancer living in London helps Scotland Yard identify a murder who lures lonely women to their deaths, while freeing her wrongly accused lover.
Victorian Fantasy's rating:

Pride and Prejudice (1940)
Although this is based on the book and is the original screen version of the movie, it's not the most true to the novel and so, not my favorite version.
Nevertheless, it's still fun to watch and Laurence Oliver makes a splendid Mr. Darcy.
