RAGE - Xbox 360

Winner of three Game Critics Awards at E3 2010, Rage was supposed to be the Next Big Thing in console shooters. But despite years of hype and a top pedigree (it was developed by id Software, the creators of Doom and Quake), the final product split critics and was quickly eclipsed by high-profile competitors like Modern Warfare 3, Gears of War 3 and Battlefield 3.

Spider-Man: The Edge of Time - Xbox 360

Hailed as a return to form for the Webhead, 2010 release Spider Man: Shattered Dimensions put Spidey back on the video game map. Edge of Time hurled him right off it again. Repetitive missions over the course of a short, convoluted story made critics cringe.
