She's one of the most legendary beauties in the business, but even supermodel Lauren Hutton had to start somewhere. Sultry nude snapshots of the American model and actress capture her as a 19-year-old still trying to break into the industry more than 50 years ago. The stunning black and white photos, snapped by photographer Norman Nathan in 1962, were purchased by Penthouse Magazine's publisher Bob Guccione in 1986 and are now being sold as part of the Guccione Collection Auction starting July 4. While some of the photos are risque even by today's standards, others look like they could have come straight from a 1960s fashion magazine. In one shot, Hutton appears dressed to the nines in a figure-hugging pencil skirt, striped jacket, gloves and a bucket-style hat popular at the time the photos were taken in 1962.

Guccione, the late founder of Penthouse and owner of the magazine until 2003, had a thing for beautiful women -- the racy men's mag has also featured the likes of model Rachel Williams and former Miss America Vanessa Williams. Some of Hutton's photos, acquired by Guccione in 1986, appeared in the magazine more than 20 years after they were taken.

Hutton boasts an impressive resume -- her famous face has landed on the cover of Vogue 26 times and she's appeared in movies including "The Gambler" and "American Gigolo," in which she starred opposite Richard Gere. Today, Hutton, 69, is still active in the fashion industry and is currently signed with IMG Models.

The photos, part of the Guccione Collection Auction, are slated to be sold on eBay starting July 4 at 5 p.m. PST. Early bids are currently being accepted for the collection, which includes 39 negatives and assorted prints. Although a few images bought by Guccione appeared in the pages of the September 1986 issue of Penthouse Magazine, most have remained unpublished until now.
