Humorous Fantasy Worlds Part 1
Medieval Fantasy worlds to be more specific, but this is not 100% correct for many exceptions I include in my list.
So many Fantasy worlds I can name from Videogames/Movies/Comics/Books/TV Shows/etc, but how which of them is filed with Humor and wackyness?

All too soon the Worm arrived. It was indeed a dragon--a vicious worm grown monstrous. The Worm exhaled a puff of steam and slid forward. Its legs were puny compared to its bulk, but the horrendous claws seemed fully adequate to the task of gutting a human efficiently. The Worm's tube-like mouth opened to show a ring of six-inch teeth, pointing inward.
The metallic scales were drab and dirty, but Stile had no doubt they were invulnerable to ordinary attack. Theoretically, the point of a sword could be slid up under a layer of scales--but that could lead to a shallow, slanted wound that would only aggravate the monster. And what would the Worm be doing while the swordsman was making such an insertion?
All this, Stile realized abruptly, was academic. He did not have a sword. He has forgotten to conjure one!

Then just over their heads they saw a passing flash of color. There in the sky they saw a giant eagle, full-feathered and painted shocking pink. On its side were the words DEUS EX MACHINA AIRLINES in metallic gold.

And Goodgulf held in his right hand a trusty weapon, called by the Elves a Browning nine millimeter.

"Are you a giant?" He said.

Elves are fantastic. They create fantasies.
Elves are glamorous. They project glamour.
Elves are enchanting. They weave enchantment.
Elves are terrific. They beget terror.
The thing about words is that meaning can twist just like a snake, and if you want to find snakes look for them behind words that have changed their meaning.
No one ever said elves are nice.

Garion: All right. Was there anything in particular that you wanted to talk about, or did you just want to start yowling and make it up as we go along?
Ce'Nedra: Yowling!?
Garion: Screeching maybe?

Silk: Don't think about that kind of thing. It will just make you nervous.
Garion: Nervouser. I'm already nervous.
Silk: Is there such a word as nervouser?
Belgarath: There is now. Garion invented it.
Silk: I wish I could invent a word.

"I'm sure I can learn to walk faster than that," he said desperately.
"But you'll also need to learn the nuances of human behavior. Such as not going around naked."
"What's wrong with being natural?" he demanded.
"Humans aren't natural. They are girt about by all manner of conventions. It will take time for you to catch up with them all.”
