Good stuff listened in 2014

I think Fauve is my favorite french artist at the moment. It's actually a band. They are accomplished artists. Their songs are so beautiful, it's so well-written, and so meaningful. It reminds me of the narration in Fight Club, they are a bit like that narrator: a strange guy lost in this world who wants to escape. I love it. It's so so so beautiful.

I had his name in my mind since a while, since I first heard Love Me Again. When I heard the song Losing Sleep on the radio I loved it, I googled the lyrics and I discovered it was him too. I was like OMG. And he's also the guy who did Cheating and it was too much to bare. I love his voice, I love his music. He seems to be young but so smart. And he's got style.

I was looking for a best of from AC/DC and when I watched Iron Man 2 several days ago I remembered there was that kind of soundtrack album, which contains some of their best songs. I feel like Tony Stark when I'm listening to that now. I think my favorite is Thunderstruck, but I love War Machine a lot too.

Another Francophone one ! It's unusual for me to listen to that much of french stuff. He's been so successful I decided to give it a try, and I liked most of the songs. He manages to talk about diverse and important themes, on some electronic music... it's really impressive: his lyrics are like poetry, how could you do that one electronic stuff ? You have to be good.
