Here is a list of characters that probably have personality disorders in certain movies.

There are many factors that make the criteria for a diagnosis but here are brief definitions of the disorders.

Antisocial PD: characterized by a pervasive pattern of disregard for, or violation of, the rights of others. There may be an impoverished moral sense or conscience and a history of crime, legal problems, impulsive and aggressive behavior.

Borderline PD: condition in which a person has long-term patterns of unstable or turbulent emotions. These inner experiences often result in impulsive actions and chaotic relationships with other people.

Histrionic PD: Disorder is a mental health condition in which people act in a very emotional and dramatic way that draws attention to themselves

OCPD: condition in which a person is preoccupied with rules, orderliness, and control.

There are also others such as Dependent PD, Schizotypal PD, Schizoid PD, Avoidant PD and Dependent PD (couldn't find characters with these disorders though, let me know if you stumble across any ^-^)
