Authors Who Make Me Yawn

He may be the most overrated authors in today. After reading Saturday I found myself asking, what makes his books so special? Because I lost 3 hours of my life spending with the boring emptiness. His themes are interesting, but how he manage to suffacate the idea with dull dialoge and when finally something shocking is happening I'm too tired to notice because I have read almost the whole book. His characters are perfect and boring as dolls, so in the end of Amsterdam I didn't even care. One exeption must be the Atonement, because of the amazing movie, but the book was a bit hot mess.
