One of the gems from this great decade of Korean films. This one is about a burglar (kind of?) and his girlfriend (maybe?). One of the strangest films I've seen.

I can't let the fact that Will Ferrell spits out comedies like my cat spits out similarly irritating hairballs cheapen the fact that Anchorman is genuinely hilarious. Great supporting cast as well.

Top what? I decided to list all the 9 and 10 star rated movies (based on my own ratings) of each year instead of trying to make a list of exactly 10. Some years may have 1 and some may have 20 in the list. It depends on the amount of good movies I saw from that year - but even more it hopefully reflects the amount of decent movies that were actually made in a particular year.
