Of English, Irish and Lebanese descent, Kate Miller was born in Cincinnati, OH and raised in rural West Virginia. Her Broadway debut was alongside Carol Burnett in the original production of Ken Ludwig's comedy/farce "Moon Over Buffalo". Shortly thereafter, she played opposite Michael Sheen in the Broadway revival of Sir Peter Shaffer's "Amadeus", directed by the late great Sir Peter Hall.
In television, she is known for such roles as Attorney Madeline Meyers on Law & Order, the crazy jailbird Nadine Lovett on One Life to Live, and most recently Vivian Abetemarco on Blue Bloods and ADA Amanda Shaw on H
