She was both an actress & an off-screen voice, (especially as "Woody Woodpecker"), the most popular character created by her second husband, Walter Lantz. She acted in three theatrical films: Confessions of a Nazi Spy (1939), Chili Con Corny (1972) & Bye, Bye, Blackboard (1972).
