"Id Softwaren yritys irtautua hieman Doomista ja lähteä tutkimaan uusia uria on hämmentävästi oikeastaan vähemmän kuin osiensa summa. Pelissä on paljon hyvääkin, ja konseptina Mad Max -henkinen FPS-räiskintä on oikein toimiva, mutta kokonaisuuden toimivuus on sitten vähän niin ja näin. Muistan että tätä aikoinaan mainostettiin open world -peliksi. Ja se nyt on ensimmäinen asia joka on suht kaukana totuudesta. Pelissä on kyllä jonkinnäköinen isompi yleismaailma jossa pääs"
