Given the level of violence in the first film, the “fights” such as they are are more lighter and comedic than in the original.
Most action packed fight: The most memorable fight in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze is widely considered to be the finale against Super Shredder.
Taking place at the construction site/dock, Shredder consumes the last of the mutagen, mutating into a towering powerhouse before accidentally bringing the pier down on himself.
