When Johnny Barrows (Fred Williamson), an officer in the U.S. Army is set-up by racist fellow officers during a training mission, he is dishonorably discharged from his duties. But returning to civilian life isn't easy for Johnny, and the only work he can find is at a gas station - until he is approached by the local mob and offered a job as a hired assassin.
