Yolanthe Sneijder-Cabau (née Cabau van Kasbergen; 19 March 1985) is a Spanish-Dutch actress and television host.
Sneijder-Cabau dated singer Jan Smit from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, she began a relationship with football player Wesley Sneijder.
