Kitts Verman (キッツ・ヴェールマン Kittsu Veeruman?) is a captain of the Garrison. During the battle of Trost, Verman was placed in charge of the supply depot but abandoned his position under the pretense of organizing reinforcements. When three of the cadets accused him of using military protocol as an excuse to save himself, he angrily threatened to charge them with treason and immediate execution if they attempted to hinder his departure any further.
