Jill Valentine is a former S.T.A.R.S. Police Officer and Anti-Umbrella renegade. She made her first appearance in Resident Evil: Apocalypse and returned in Resident Evil: Retribution as the primary antagonist of the film. She is portrayed by British actress, Sienna Guillory.

In Apocalypse, she is a disgraced S.T.A.R.S officer who is highly trained and partners with Peyton Wells. She survives long enough to partner with Alice and escape the zombie-infested Raccoon City. But she is captured by Umbrella. In Afterlife she is seized and controlled by Umbrella.

In Retribution, she is Umbrella's new head of security and in constant pursue of Alice, when she escapes. She is able to fight Alice, but the device used to control her is removed and she is back as Alice's ally.

Jill possessed a natural fighting skills, but not equal to Alice. After being controlled by the Red Queen, she has skills that are equal to Alice when she had powers. Jill is slightly drained after the scarab is removed.
