Louis Bob Todd is a man who spends his whole life looking after his friend, Andy Pipkin, who is in a wheelchair. What Lou dosn't know, is that Andy isn't really disabled and doesn't need a wheelchair, and behind Lou's back (usually it really is just behind Lou's back) he does adventurous things, such as climb a pylon, tipped over a car, parachuted from a plane to his wheelchair and other things listed on Andy's page
