Chef is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto V. He is an associate of Trevor Phillips and an employee of Trevor Philips Enterprises. He is the head manufacturer of crystal meth, hence the nickname "Chef".
He appears in Grand Theft Auto V and has a small cameo in Grand Theft Auto Online as a random enemy when stealing the RV from the meth hideout in the mission Meth'd Up and can be killed though this does not however alter the storyline as Grand Theft Auto Online takes place before the events of Grand Theft Auto V.
