Baroness Angelina Dalles-Burnett, nicknamed Anne and her fitting title Madam Red, is the widow of Baron Burnett, younger sister of Rachel Phantomhive, and aunt of Ciel Phantomhive. She, along with Grell Sutcliff, was responsible for the Jack the Ripper murders.
