Hello! I’m Toby Hindmarsh, and I’m passionate about sports and youth development. I live in Sheerness, Kent, and I’ve dedicated my career to fostering a love for football among young athletes. My full name is Toby Lester Hindmarsh, and I’m the second youngest of four siblings, which has taught me the importance of family and community.
In 2024, I achieved a Level 5 qualification in refereeing, which allows me to officiate 11-a-side games for the Kent FA. I take pride in my role as a referee, ensuring fair play and sportsmanship on the field. Beyond refereeing, I manage an Under 9 Reds team at Park Regis JFC, located at The Appleyard Sports Ground in Sittingbourne, Kent, undertaking training on Tuesdays. I also enjoy occasionally refereeing 5-a-side games in the Sheerness region, which keeps me connected to the local football community.
In addition to my work on the pitch, I’m employed at the Sheerness County Youth Centre, where I focus on mentoring young athletes. I believe in helping them develop their skills both on and off the field, building their confidence and instilling a love for the game.
