I worked with Frank Marshall for some time, he was one of Spielberg's producers. One day, when I was in the States, he called me and said if I wanted to come to Montana to work for a few weeks on the set of Spielberg's new film, the romantic comedy Always, that Audrey would play the role of Angel in the cast.
When I met her for the first time, it was not the cheerful girl that I remembered from the films. In front of me stood a middle-aged woman with a soft voice and a warm smile and some special magical aura around her. A very special lady. All that I am. I can add, this is something that I was incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to shoot one of the greatest icons of our time and that I gave it credit.
