Nina Derwael (Belgium)

Nina is the first Belgian athlete to win a world and European title on asymmetric bars and second place on beam (silver) in artistic gymnastics. She was born on March 26, 2000 in Sint-Truiden (Belgium) These excellent results are due to the belated decision of the Belgian sports authorities to finally put infrastructures worthy of the name as well as good professional coaches.
