Review of The Quiet Ones

I have been eager to see this movie for awhile. I am not exactly sure why, but from the trailer it looked intriguing. It's a little bit found footage, but for the most part it is filmed normally. I find it interesting that the professor tries to explain everything that is going on with science, but everyone else knows it's something far more dangerous. There were a few interesting little twists near the end. This to me is one of the better new possession movies. It's different and brings some new stuff to the genre. People say it is very slow and nothing happens, but honestly more happens throughout the movie than most of the Paranormal Activity movies. There are a few silly little jump scenes as usual though. I enjoyed it.
