To be honest, I wasn’t really expecting much from this flick but I thought I might as well check it out. Basically, after showing up as a supporting character in a few movies (most notably in Guy Ritchie’s ‘Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels’ and ‘Snatch') , Vinnie Jones finally got his first leading part in this movie (eventually, pretty quickly, it became pretty obvious that we shouldn’t expect too much from the former football player as he would spend most of his career in some direct-to-DVD garbage). Anyway, coming back to our main feature, even though it was nothing really amazing, I thought it was a decent watch. Basically, Vinnie Jones did his usual badass part and I thought he was alright. Above all, what I really enjoyed about this movie was the football game at the end. Indeed, I thought it was just awesome and, in my opinion, it was probably the best football game I have ever seen in a movie. In fact, I believe you should watch this movie just to see this awesome scene. Anyway, to conclude, it was nothing great but I still think it is worth a look though, especially if you like the genre.
