Chronicles of BAMF

The movie that caused controversey in Vin Diesel's acting career may have gotten this film more publicity than it deserved (he did not want to do the film but signed a contract to do a sequel before filming Pitch Black). Regardless, Vin Diesel is one badass motherf*cker (BAMF) and the action sequences largely support the stigma of his character. The plot is a little thin and I have some problems with the overall "story" (or lack there of) as I just couldn't comprehend the point and how it relates to Pitch Black. As an action film, it is what it is, very entertaining, but don't look for much more than face value.
