Dr. Richard Shaw, an expert hired by Johnny Depp's legal team, testified that the psychologist hired by Amber Heard's legal team broke rules and was unethical in rendering an evaluation of Depp without meeting with him. Shaw cited the Goldwater Rule, which calls for psychiatrists not to render an opinion of a public figure without having met with them to do a proper evaluation.
