Bucky has been on the run from HYDRA ever since he arrived in Wakanda after the events of Civil War. A new enhanced soldier has been sent out by HYDRA to hunt Bucky down and bring him back. Now, with the organization after him, he has to try and find out who he really is in a world that wants him dead.
